1.The short version
We collect the minimum needed to run a learning platform: your account details and your learning activity. We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising, and we don't share your information with anyone except the service providers that host the platform.2.What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), and country if you provide it.
- Learning data: chapter progress, quiz scores, simulator activity, examination attempts and results, rank, and leaderboard standing.
- Certificate data: if you earn a certificate — your name as you entered it, certificate ID, issue date, and status.
- Technical data: basic logs generated by our hosting and authentication infrastructure (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and operation of the service. We do not run third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
3.How we use it
To operate your account, track your progress, run the examination, issue and verify certificates, display the leaderboard, secure the platform, and respond when you contact us. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.4.What is public
Two things are visible to others by design: (a) the leaderboard, which shows your display name and rank — if you prefer not to appear, contact us; and (b) certificate verification pages, which show the certificate holder's name, certificate ID, issue date, and status to anyone with the verification link. This is the feature that makes the certificate checkable by employers. If you want a certificate's public page removed, contact us — note that removal makes the certificate unverifiable.5.Where your data lives
The platform is built on a managed database and authentication service, and hosted through our development platform's infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Data may be stored on servers outside your country.6.Your rights
You can ask us at any time to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and data entirely. Deletion removes your account, progress, and leaderboard presence; certificate records can be deleted on request as described above. To start account deletion, visit our Delete your account page. Email dinakarbalaji@gmail.com — we aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on your location (including under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law and, for EU/UK visitors, GDPR), you may have additional statutory rights; we honour deletion and access requests from all users regardless of location.7.Cookies
The site uses only the cookies necessary for login sessions and remembering your theme preference. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.8.Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. If you delete your account, data is removed from active systems promptly; residual copies in backups expire on the backup cycle.9.Children
The Guild is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.10.Changes
We'll post any changes here with an updated date; material changes will be noted on the site.11.Contact
