Delete your Payments Guild account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Payments Guild account and associated data.
1.How to request deletion
Send an email to dinakarbalaji@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.2.What is deleted
Your account, profile, name and email address, learning progress, quiz and examination records, rank, and leaderboard presence are permanently removed from our active systems.3.What may be kept
If you hold a Guild Certificate, its public verification record can be deleted on request as part of the same process — note that deletion makes the certificate permanently unverifiable. Residual copies of deleted data may persist in system backups for a limited period and expire on the normal backup cycle.4.Questions
